Snowboard heroes

This is Chad Otterstrom performing an underflip 720 on Chads gap. Chads gap is a huge gap that was destroyed years ago due to too many people getting hurt on it. Chad is a hero becuase he was the first to try it, which is why it is named after him.

While studying snowboard heroes I learned you must always go big, otherwise why even be there and not get better. If your not trying as hard as possible you might as well go home. That is what the meaning of this quote below is.

This photo is of Heikki Sorsa, one of my favorite snowboarders. He is very good and he is a hero because he never gives up. Heikki has broke many bones and been in the hospital plenty of times, but he keeps gettin on the slopes to do what he loves.

Conclusion: What i learned from this is that really you must keep on keeping on. Many people get hurt once and they're done but these guys keep doin what they do no matter what the consequences. I've always loved snowboarding and you can count on it that i wont be giving up any time soon.

I learned that being a hero is setting trends, being brave, and being the first to try something.

That first picture is amazing! It definitely takes a lot of courage to do that. When you truly love something though, nothing can stop you. That dedication and persistence is how heroes emerge.
